We would love the opportunity to host you at one of our annual events - golf outings, annual convention or career show! They all offer the opportunity for interaction between the Wisconsin FFA Foundation, our supporters and our top-notch Wisconsin FFA members.

Golf Outings

Our three annual golf outings are a fun way to support Wisconsin FFA Foundation while receiving local visibility. They feature a diverse attendance make-up – local chapters and alumni, businesses, farmers, etc. Some even use it as a customer-appreciation opportunity while showcasing support of FFA.

There is also a lunch-only option for non-golfers to attend this great networking and fundraising program.

Deadlines:

  • January 15 – Sponsorship deadline to be included in brochure
  • June 20 – Early bird registration deadline to win cash
  • July 10 – Final sponsorship and registration deadline

Course Information:

All courses are soft-spike facilities and require proper dress. Men must have collared shirts and sleeves; women may have either a collar or sleeves or both. No jeans. No carry-on food or beverages are allowed.

In case of inclement weather, all registrations/sponsorships are considered a donation to the Wisconsin FFA Foundation Annual Fund.

The Wisconsin FFA Convention is a gathering of approximately 3,500 participants - 2,000 FFA members, 250 agricultural education instructors, and 1,250 guests. It's a time to hold final FFA contest rounds, celebrate the accomplishments of the members, offer members leadership and personal growth opportunities, and thank our many supporters.

Note: Any specific convention invitation details will be sent in April 2015. Contact 608-831-5058 x1 if you have any questions.

Key Information & Announcements:

  • Several award presentation times changed in recent years. Please review the schedule closely.
  • Convention attire is business dress.
  • Individual registration for the convention is free, and there is complimentary parking this year.
  • Housing information can be found at https://mmx2reservations.com/madison/pc/WIFFA. All reservations through the housing block must be made by May 8. If you have any questions concerning your housing reservations, please contact Laura Senz, Convention Services Coordinator at the GMCVB at 800-373-6376 Ext. 3957 or senz@visitmadison.com.
  • There will be one central information/registration area in the middle of the Exhibition Hall where you can register for the convention and get information about the location of various activities.
  • Your role in any appropriate award presentations will be to shake the hands of the recipients and hand them the plaque, trophy or other item they may have earned. There will be escorts guiding you through the entire process.

Career Show

Connect with Wisconsin FFA members at a one-day Career Show during the Wisconsin FFA Convention! It's an educational and recreational trade show to reach FFA members as future customers and/or employees. Build your brand awareness, showcase your products and services, connect with current and future customers and communicate with prospective recruits!

Date: Wednesday, June 11, 2014

Location: Exhibition Hall at the Alliant Energy Center; Madison, Wisconsin
    Please note that the facility charges a parking fee.

Booth pricing: $300 per booth
   Reserve your booths before March 30 and get a discount of $25 per booth. Any
   registrations after April 30 there will have a late fee added of $25 per booth.

Buffet Lunch: $10/person (Tickets must be requested in advance.)
   There are other on-site food vendors. It is worth noting that the buffet lunch is the
   most convenient option based on proximity to the career show.

   Show hours – 9:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
