Leaders' Legacy

The Leaders' Legacy is an opportunity for past state officers to support the Wisconsin FFA Foundation Leadership Partners program. Contributions will be combined to showcase the group's collective ongoing support of the organization. The funds will benefit the leadership programming which has a fitting tie with past state officers based on their historic mark of leadership on the organization:

  • State Officer Training Conferences
Equips the officers with interpersonal, presentation, and other skills necessary to make the biggest impact on FFA members.

  • State Officer Support
Stipend at the beginning of the year for official dress clothing items and business clothing and other items. Also a scholarship at the end of the year for their continued educational pursuits.

  • Leadership Conferences
About 15 different events offering a continuum for specific ages of FFA members—over 4,000 total annual participants. All are life-changing in the concepts learned and experiences gained.

  • State FFA Honors Band and Chorus
A pleasing musical addition of the annual convention, a visible connection to FFA at the state fair and entry point for many non-traditional FFA members to participate in the organization.

  • Chapter Visits
Each of the 300 chapters has the opportunity for a state FFA officer to visit their classes for a full school day to introduce the students to general leadership skills and encourage them to participate in FFA's many programs.
